Are you constantly craving sweets and carbs and wish you could gain control? Do you feel like eating well and staying healthy is an uphill battle?

In this class, you'll learn how to get to the bottom of your cravings and control your eating habits without will power or deprivation! Led by certified health and nutrition coaches Jen McLamb and Ann Murphy, this fun and interactive workshop will include dynamic discussion of the many factors that can lead to cravings, what these desires can indicate, and practical solutions, as well as food samples and recipes. We'll also explore the emotional and lifestyle connection to food and eating and what makes typical diets so hard to sustain.


Healthy sweet treats and recipes will be provided.
